Job Responsibilities:
o Operational Duties
● Lead day to day outlet operations proficiently, resolve issues and prevention planning
a. Ensures all SOPs, polices and standards are adhered to from opening to closing.
b. Assists in monthly meeting agenda and briefings as required.
c. On floor with team to ensure good public relations with customers during peak periods is a must.
o Employees Handling
● Build teamwork for each Bee group outlet
a. Staff training in customer service, product knowledge and SOPs: upholding BEE group 5 points and 5 senses protocol.
b. Leadership training for outlet heads and PICs.
c. Resolve and counsel staff attendance, discipline, or performance issues alongside with HR.
d. Motivate team and boost morale as family while upholding a meritocratic and healthy professional culture.
e. Plan weekly, monthly schedules; maximising productivity and minimising inefficiencies and redundancies.
f. Recruitment when necessary.
g. Conduct timely performance appraisals for all employees.
o Financial Duties
● Spearhead high standards of food safety, quality consistency with cost control
a. Liaises with kitchen head on all matters concerning food production from hygiene to food cost: enough ordering to prevent lost sales and not over ordering to avoid high disposal.
b. Monitor weekly ordering schedule placed by outlet head for suppliers and HQ.
c. Monitor closing audits on RM, CE, Wine, Packaging etc.
d. Monitor stock explosion.
o General Duties
● Assists management in admin matters, forms, reports and other related duties
● Plan, execute detail outlet inspection
a. Propose practical methods that are effective for outlet to make immediate improvements for all aspects.
b. Assists FME dept with outstanding maintenance issues.
o Marketing Duties
● Respond swiftly to customer / market demands and needs
a. Launch products that are in line with our company’s image, special offers, promotional activities, printed materials, and/or
social media content.
● Event Campaign Management
a. Set event sales target and plan marketing campaign, increase awareness for L. Table brand and create event demand from new
customers to regulars, corporate to institutions.
b. Collaboration with suppliers to plan special ticket events for our VIPS.
c. Manage event SOPs, décor and ensure event success with great execution.
